Project Description

Two different user groups were recruited to participate in this study: patients and clinicians. Prior to the user research, a card sorting study was conducted to gather user feedback on the proposed site navigation. The results of the card sorting study informed the site structure that was tested during the user research.

Key Insights

We tested the products section and educational tools. The recommendations helped different user groups find product information they need faster and easier by categorizing the products specific to each target audience.
