Project Description

A high-level heuristic evaluation was conducted on key interfaces of the site. The recommendations from the expert evaluation helped improve the user research of the prototype to be tested. The evaluation also informed the user research by identifying appropriate tasks and questions.

Key Insights

During the user research we found that participants engage with interactive and informative service maps. Comparison charts for offers and services were well received as well.
