Project Description

The vacation package booking process and individual item booking process were tested using interactive wireframes.


Key Insights

The results revealed that having a guest checkout option improves conversion, as many users were hesitant to either log in or create a new account for booking their trip. Similarly, many users were reluctant to provide unnecessary personal information during the booking process.
