Project Description

Iterative user research studies were conducted as a part of a User-Centered Design process. The user research studies were designed to test proposed vehicle shopping and research functionalities. Multiple aspects of the website were evaluated and the testing materials ranged from low-fidelity clickable wireframes to fully functioning prototypes.


Key Insights

We evaluated the ability of the interface to support key user tasks and facilitate navigation to high-value and frequently requested content. User Research improvements focused on helping users find desired vehicle information in order to make an educated decision to purchase a vehicle and get in touch with a dealer.
