A two-part comprehensive heuristic evaluation was conducted, starting with a site assessment and followed by a user research walk-through of the entire site. Multiple scenarios were created based on common user goals and tasks.

Key Insights

The expert evaluation provided guidance to display relevant information and common next steps at key decision points. Over 50 prioritized recommendations were provided based on severity of the interface issue. Best practices examples from competitors were also included.
