Project Description

Two separate card sorting studies were created to gather user feedback on the proposed site navigation and product categories: one for patients and one for clinicians. Two online tools were combined to create a seamless process for this study. The initial survey screened qualified users and directed them to the corresponding card sorting study. After the study, participants were redirected to a second survey where they provided additional feedback on some navigation labels.

Key Insights

The results of the card sorting study informed the site structure that was later tested during the user research.
