Project Description

The process of hotel reservation was tested to gauge the most intuitive reservation process for hotel selection, room comparison and selection, registration, and booking process. Multiple design and layout directions were tested to capture user preferences.

Key Insights

The final design recommendation included the users’ most favored aspects of each examined direction for hotel selection and room selection. Most users preferred a side-by-side comparison of room types where essential room information was displayed concisely.
