Project Description

The study was conducted on the entire online shopping process, including product category pages, product detail pages, the online store and outlet. Multiple design and layout directions were tested to capture user preferences.


Key Insights

The final design recommendation included the users’ most favored aspects of each examined direction for product category and product detail pages. Most users preferred a clean layout of products where important information such as price, customer ratings, and promotions were prominently displayed.
