Project Description
user research was an integral part of the new AutoTrader Classics website design. Several rounds of task-based testing were conducted to assure that the proposed user experience would meet customer expectations. Classic car fans were recruited to provide feedback on different sections of the site.
Key Insights
The tasks included finding a car, selling a car, and sharing on social spaces. In addition to car shopping, participants expressed a preference to connect with other fans through the convenience of the website.
