Project Description

Current Mitsubishi owners, intenders, and competitors were recruited to participate in a responsive design user research. Each participant completed similar tasks on both desktop and mobile versions and the order of presenting the device was counterbalanced. At the end of the study, users were asked to express their device preference for a specific task.


Key Insights

Users appreciated having access to similar content and functionality on the mobile device compared to the desktop. Furthermore, users mentioned they would use their mobile device for tasks that provided convenience.
