Project Description

We tested two concepts to capture three sets of data for different features of each concept with a large sample size of the site’s target audience. Participants were split in half to complete identical tasks and questions using one of the two concepts. Qualitative and quantitative data captured by the tool allowed for comparison of task success and efficiency, ease of use and preference results for each concept to determine the final design.


Key Insights

We found that for the most part, the feature that resulted in higher task success, efficiency and ease of use was also preferred by most participants regardless of which concept they initially worked with. The results of the study clearly defined the direction for experience design of the final product.
