A user research of the proposed Self Service Portal interface was conducted. Current policyholders and agents were invited to participate in this study.

Key Insights

Both user groups appreciated having prominent access to relevant content and common next steps at key decision points. The recommendations resulted in significant user research improvements and policyholder/agent satisfaction.
