Project Description

As a comprehensive user research research approach, three different studies were conducted to inform the redesign of a B2B Chevron website. This three-phase approach provided a wide range of qualitative and quantitative data.


Key Insights

The combination of an expert analysis and user insights clearly guided the redesign direction for a more useful, usable, and desirable outcome. Users wanted the ability to customize a “quick link” section on their homepage for easy access to deeper sections of the site that they visit regularly.
