Sharon has over 12 years of hands-on experience in User Research and User Experience Design. She leverages industry experience and field best practices to design innovative and intuitive user experiences. Additionally, she creates unique research methods and provides strategic research analysis to identify user research issues and enhance customer experiences that support business goals and drive KPIs.

Sharon holds a Masters Degree from California State University of Northridge in Human Factors & Applied Experimental Design, and maintains active membership in User Experience Professionals Association (UXPA).
